GET THE APP
STEP 1
Download the INFINITICONNECT Services app to your smartphone like you would for any other app from your App Store or Google Store.
SIGN-IN OR REGISTER
STEP 2
Create a INFINITICONNECT Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.
ENTER YOUR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN) IN THE APP
STEP 3
You can either scan the VIN Number by placing the smartphone camera on the lower area of the wind screen (driver side) and then clicking capture VIN or enter it manually.
ENTER THE VEHICLE MILEAGE
STEP 4
Follow the instructions shown on the application. you are required to turn off the engine, and enter the odometer reading in the spaces provided. Press next to activate the INFINITI connected services.
VALIDATE AND WAIT FOR ACTIVATION
STEP 5
The process is complete. Wait for activation confirmation and login in the app as instructed.
